These terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made through the website “www.prmtreviso.it” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), managed by PRM Treviso Srl, with registered office at Via della Libertà, 28 (31050) Ponzano Veneto (TV) (Tax Code/VAT number and registration number in the Treviso Business Register: 04131850267; Certified Email: prmtreviso@pec.it; Customer Service: 0422.608482) (hereinafter referred to as “PRM”).The offering and sale of products through the Website constitute a distance contract regulated by Chapter I, Title III (Articles 45 and following) of the “Consumer Code” (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and by Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, which governs e-commerce.For the purposes of these terms and conditions of sale, “Customer” refers to any natural person (final consumer) who, according to the definition provided by the “Consumer Code,” acts for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity that may be carried out.Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, sales are governed by these terms and conditions, which may be modified by PRM at any time. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will become effective from the date of their publication on the Website. It is understood that the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of products and services purchased by the Customer are those in force at the time the order is placed.The Customer is required to carefully read these terms and conditions of sale before and during the purchase process, review them, and check the appropriate box(es) during the procedure.

1.1. In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, PRM informs the Customer that:

  • In order to conclude the contract for the purchase of a product or service, the Customer must complete an electronic order form and submit it to PRM electronically, following the instructions provided on the Website. Submitting the order implies the assumption of a payment obligation by the Customer.
  • Where applicable, the form must be submitted within the maximum time limit indicated on the Website.
  • Before proceeding with the submission of the form, the Customer may correct any errors and/or inaccuracies in the entered data by following the instructions provided on the Website.

1.2. The Customer may only purchase products that are available in the electronic catalog on the Website, as described in the respective product information sheets. The photographs illustrating the products and services on the Website are provided for descriptive purposes only; therefore, it is understood that the image accompanying a product or service may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in color, size, or included accessories.

All supporting information for the purchase should be considered as general informational material and not as a reference to the actual characteristics of a specific product.
